TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Chicago, IL (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week)

Salary: $60,000–$90,000

What you will do

  • Provide first-response on-site and remote IT support for assigned offices, including walk-up assistance.
  • Manage software installations, hardware repairs, and troubleshoot issues within Windows 10, Office 365, and SharePoint environments.
  • Maintain on-site IT infrastructure, including printers, access points, conference room technology, and MDF closets.
  • Handle ticket lifecycle management via Remedy or ServiceNow and maintain accurate asset management records.
  • Provide on-site technical support for client meetings, office events, and conferences.
  • Participate in the testing of system images and software deployments at the pilot level.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in field service support within the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven experience with laptop hardware and mobile device support for iOS and Android.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Chicago, IL office.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Remedy or ServiceNow ticketing systems.
  • Experience working with video conferencing and other multimedia technology.
