Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually

What you will do
- Run day-to-day corporate helpdesk operations and manage Tier 1–3 support with clear SLAs.
- Act as the IT project partner for internal initiatives, including Salesforce go-lives and new tool deployments.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), endpoint management, and security policies.
- Manage third-party vendors, MSPs, and software licenses.
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics to continuously improve IT function efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a growing IT support team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
- 2+ years of experience managing a technical team.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
- Experience supporting SaaS and integration projects (Salesforce background is a plus).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and business audiences.
