IT Support Manager (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Run day-to-day corporate helpdesk operations and manage Tier 1–3 support with clear SLAs.
• Act as the IT project partner for internal initiatives, including Salesforce go-lives and new tool deployments.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and security policies.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, and software licenses.
• Build dashboards and metrics to analyze IT performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a growing IT support team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT support and systems administration.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting SaaS and integration projects.
• Must be based in the United States.
