TL;DR

Location: Remote / Hybrid (United States)

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually

What you will do

  • Run day-to-day corporate helpdesk operations and manage Tier 1–3 support with clear SLAs.
  • Act as the IT project partner for internal initiatives, including Salesforce go-lives and new tool deployments.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), endpoint management, and security policies.
  • Manage third-party vendors, MSPs, and software licenses.
  • Develop dashboards and performance metrics to continuously improve IT function efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a growing IT support team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a technical team.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
  • Experience supporting SaaS and integration projects (Salesforce background is a plus).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and business audiences.
