TL;DR
Director, Enablement (SaaS): Building the internal enablement function from the ground up to scale company knowledge, sales effectiveness, and leadership capabilities. Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA. Regular onsite presence at the headquarters is required for training and product activities.

What you will do
- Build the enablement function from scratch, defining the strategy and operational framework.
- Develop and deliver training on the company mission, product suite, and competitive landscape.
- Design structured selling skills curricula, including methodology, objection handling, and product-specific scenarios.
- Create leadership development programs for new and existing managers.
- Establish metrics to measure enablement effectiveness, including ramp time and certification completion.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and People Operations to ensure content relevance and alignment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, or learning and development.
- Proven track record of designing and owning training curricula from scratch.
- Experience delivering both sales-focused and leadership-focused training.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to teach technical concepts.
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA with the ability to work onsite regularly.
- Experience working in a scaling SaaS or B2B technology company.
