Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $202,000 – $238,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner and coach to the SVP of Post-Sales and leadership team.
  • Lead headcount planning and talent strategy in partnership with Finance and Recruiting.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, career development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze data trends in attrition, engagement, and performance to influence business decisions.
  • Drive project management for critical People programs including compensation and talent reviews.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across the broader Revenue organization.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner supporting senior (VP+) leaders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
  • Deep expertise in HR fundamentals including performance management and workforce planning.
  • Strong business acumen with fluency in metrics like retention, NRR, and customer health.
  • Experience leading organizational design and restructuring efforts.
  • Ability to operate with minimal direction in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or Support organizations.
  • Curiosity and willingness to use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and impact.
