Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary: $202,000 – $238,000

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted thought partner and coach to the SVP of Post-Sales and leadership team.
- Lead headcount planning and talent strategy in partnership with Finance and Recruiting.
- Provide guidance on performance management, career development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze data trends in attrition, engagement, and performance to influence business decisions.
- Drive project management for critical People programs including compensation and talent reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across the broader Revenue organization.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner supporting senior (VP+) leaders.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Deep expertise in HR fundamentals including performance management and workforce planning.
- Strong business acumen with fluency in metrics like retention, NRR, and customer health.
- Experience leading organizational design and restructuring efforts.
- Ability to operate with minimal direction in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or Support organizations.
- Curiosity and willingness to use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and impact.
