TL;DR

Sales Enablement & Training Manager (AI): Designing and delivering scalable AI-powered learning experiences and onboarding programs to accelerate sales team success with an accent on instructional design and AI-driven content production. Focus on building certification programs, optimizing learner ramp-up, and integrating generative AI tools into the enablement lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Washington DC, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle

Salary: $120K – $140K base + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding programs for new hires, including weekly 1:1s and milestone tracking.
  • Design scalable learning paths combining self-paced content, AI role plays, and certifications.
  • Produce training assets (videos, slides, voiceovers) using generative AI platforms.
  • Build certification programs to validate product knowledge, messaging, and objection handling.
  • Track onboarding completion and learner engagement, delivering data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI-enabled learning technologies to improve speed and quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct experience in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Proven experience using generative AI tools for content creation and instructional design.
  • Experience building scalable digital learning programs within an LMS.
  • Strong instructional design skills to translate complex technical concepts into learning experiences.
  • Must be based in Washington DC, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of industry experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition.
