What you will do

• Partner closely with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to deliver successful customer implementations.
• Own project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment and clear internal reporting.
• Proactively respond to customer requests, anticipate risks, and drive mitigation actions.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure high adoption and business value.
• Develop deep product expertise and collaborate on the product vision and roadmap.
• Participate in updating hirify.global’s project management methodology.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 4 years of experience in project management, sales, or professional services at a software or SaaS company.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to act as a leader and support internal project team members.
• Capable of mediating stakeholders with conflicting requirements to build consensus.
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and a deep sense of empathy.
