What you will do

• Partner closely with Solutions Architects to deliver successful hirify.global customer implementations.
• Own project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all contributors are aligned.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure high adoption and business value.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors.
• Proactively respond to customer requests, anticipate risks, and drive mitigation actions.
• Contribute to updating hirify.global’s project management methodology and provide creative solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in project management, sales, or professional services at a software or SaaS company.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to act as a leader, mediator for stakeholders, and build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, and provide reporting/dashboards.
• Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
