What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Key Account Management, Product, and Sales Engineering) and external stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of SaaS modules, including technical setup, configuration, and testing.
• Develop and deliver training materials to ensure successful product adoption and usage by retailers.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities using MEDDICC tools.
• Provide deep expertise on system configurations and operational best practices tailored to retailer needs.
• Feed customer requirements and market trends back to the Product team to influence feature enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in project or implementation management within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Full fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven track record of delivering customer implementations on time and within scope.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders ranging from local sales teams to VP level.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in food retail and grocery sectors.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Fluency in French.
