What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Key Account Management, Product, and Sales Engineering) and external stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of SaaS modules, including technical setup, configuration, and testing.
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure successful product adoption and usage by retailers.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities using MEDDICC tools.
- Provide deep expertise on system configurations and operational best practices tailored to retailer needs.
- Feed customer requirements and market trends back to the Product team to influence feature enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience in project or implementation management within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Full fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven track record of delivering customer implementations on time and within scope.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders ranging from local sales teams to VP level.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience in food retail and grocery sectors.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Fluency in French.
