TL;DR

Activations Manager (Fandango): Leading a team of Activation Specialists to enable and activate digital products with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and process scalability. Focus on coaching team members, managing complex implementation projects, and ensuring high-quality customer outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Orlando, FL (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Activation Specialists, including hiring and performance management.
  • Oversee daily activation workflows to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Manage activation projects from planning through completion, coordinating logistics and resolving implementation issues.
  • Serve as an escalation point for activation challenges, mitigating risks and managing scope changes.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams.
  • Document departmental processes and best practices to improve scalability and visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or operations.
  • Demonstrated experience as a people manager with responsibility for coaching and team development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and track metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with sports technology platforms.
  • Prior experience in a formal leadership role.
