What you will do

• Analyze borrower credit, employment, income, and assets to prepare files for underwriting.
• Assemble complete loan packages and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Communicate with customers, loan originators, and underwriters to resolve documentation gaps.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations including RESPA, TIL, and HMDA.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for property surveys, title commitments, and flood certifications.
• Assist closing and secondary marketing teams in clearing outstanding suspense items.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Proficiency with Encompass software.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations including RESPA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B.
• Excellent analytical, math, and time management skills.
