What you will do

• Review applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Proactively communicate with homeowners and third-party vendors to obtain missing documentation.
• Order and review information from third-party vendors, including title reports, valuations, and credit reports.
• Prepare files for underwriter review and drive conditioned items forward to closing in compliance with guidelines.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of homeowners in various stages of approval.
• Meet or exceed established production goals and key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in loan processing.
• Experience using a robust CRM such as Salesforce.
• Experience working with mortgage and real estate third-party vendors including title, valuation, and credit.
• Strong verbal and written customer service skills for high-volume customer contact.
• Ability to independently problem solve, prioritize, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Team-first mentality and resiliency in fast-paced environments.
