Processor (Home Equity Investment)

Location: Remote

On-target earnings: $94,000+ per year, including an hourly base and uncapped monthly commissions.

What you will do

• Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with homeowners, teammates, and third-party vendors to resolve file issues and obtain missing documentation.
• Order and review title reports, valuations, credit reports, and other vendor information.
• Prepare complete, accurate files for underwriter review and advance conditioned items through closing.
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of homeowners across approval and funding stages.
• Meet or exceed production goals and key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of loan processing experience.
• Experience with a robust CRM such as Salesforce.
• Experience working with title, valuation, credit, mortgage, and real estate vendors.
• High-volume customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently, prioritize work, manage deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
