What you will do

• Manage checklists, review submitted exhibits, and maintain detailed organization of collected documents.
• Coordinate information flow between borrowers, borrower representatives, brokers, and third-party vendors.
• Handle third-party invoices and contracts for each transaction.
• Maintain the proprietary ‘Portal’ system and electronic control binders for every transaction.
• Prepare correspondence to facilitate workflow and organize market data for comprehensive underwriting.
• Execute post-closing requirements in compliance with Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of HUD 232 and/or HUD MAP loan processing / project management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
