What you will do

• Review executed loan documentation for new, renewed, and modified loans to ensure compliance with bank policies and federal/state regulations.
• Update and maintain collateral data within core systems for consumer, commercial, and complex commercial loans.
• Identify and enter missing or inaccurate loan document exceptions using the internal tracking system (ETS).
• Determine FHLB/FRB coding and ensure loan quality through lien perfection requirements.
• Collaborate on special projects and undergo cross-training across all Loan Operations functions.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in loan documentation or Loan Operations.
• Knowledge of LaserPro and Attorney Prepared loans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including spreadsheet management.
• Experience with AFS Visions and Fiserv systems software is preferred.
