Salary: $86,000–$105,000 plus incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand customer reliance on company solutions.
- Foster deep relationships with economic buyers, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Identify and close new business opportunities while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to resolve complex customer needs.
- Conduct annual business reviews to anticipate evolving client needs and ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience in value-based selling, CRM management, and territory planning.
- Proven ability to navigate complex matrixed environments.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong understanding of sales execution and closing small to mid-size deals.

- B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Experience communicating with C-suite executives.
- Background in law enforcement, public safety, or government procurement.
