Salary: Base $100,000 - $115,000 USD + uncapped variable first year target of $121,875

What you will do
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle for municipalities, counties, and school districts.
- Proactively identify new client relationships and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead discovery sessions and deliver tailored software demonstrations to showcase impact.
- Partner with Finance Directors, City Managers, and Department Heads to guide them through procurement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Maintain precise records of interactions and deal stages using Salesforce and Gong.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for US employment (US-based benefits provided)
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the GovTech sector.
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers and selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel 20-25% to attend industry events and meet clients.
