What you will do

• Build core active trading workflows including order entry, watchlists, and high-density activity blotters.
• Develop AI-native UI patterns such as streaming answers, uncertainty signaling, and safe rollback experiences.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design clean, low-latency contracts for trading interactions.
• Work directly with users and stakeholders to define features and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Translate complex market domain knowledge into powerful, intuitive user interfaces.
• Maintain high performance and state management across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals and practical UI engineering.
• Experience building complex, data-dense product surfaces like dashboards or trading platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously to design and deliver end-to-end product features.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading, fintech, or low-latency product environments.
• Background in designing AI assistant or copilot UX.
• Familiarity with Rust services or Postgres.
• Experience with real-time streaming UI patterns and high-update-rate performance optimization.
