Salary: $135,000–$150,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own the market expansion strategy and roadmap, starting with Canada and expanding into other international markets.
- Lead end-to-end product initiatives for new processor integrations, including API requirements, onboarding flows, and reconciliation processes.
- Research and define market-specific requirements regarding regulations, payment preferences, and data residency.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs to provide clear direction and dependencies for engineering teams.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, launch readiness, and sales enablement.
- Define and track success metrics for market launches, monitoring adoption and merchant growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience launching products in new international markets from research through adoption.
- Deep understanding of payment localization, including processors, payment methods, and regional compliance.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong familiarity with AI tools for product research, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics to guide product decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canadian payment ecosystems (Interac, Moneris) and regulations (PIPEDA, FINTRAC).
- Knowledge of UK/EU payment regulations, including PSD2, GDPR, and SEPA.
- Experience with SaaS CRM and merchant lifecycle platforms.
