What you will do
- Define and execute the CRM product vision and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Own the evolution of the CRM data model, including supporter records, data quality, segmentation logic, reporting, and scalability improvements.
- Partner with engineering on migrations, architecture decisions, and complex data challenges.
- Build segmentation, audience management, and communication/engagement features (email, messaging, notifications, SMS workflows).
- Drive acquisition and retention growth through thoughtful feature development and iteration on success metrics.
- Run continuous user research and translate insights into actionable product requirements; explore AI-powered workflows and agents.
Requirements
- Location: based in the United States
- 5+ years of product management experience, including building B2B SaaS products or platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of data models (schemas, relationships, migrations, uniqueness constraints) and architectural trade-offs.
- Experience building data-heavy products such as CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics tools, or segmentation products.
- Comfort with data and SQL concepts (JOINs, CTEs) to guide product decisions.
- Experience designing for non-technical users and strong user research and communication skills.
