Salary: $100,000–$140,000 (Bonus Eligible)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at insurance carriers, MGAs, and TPAs.
  • Balance a high-volume book of business while managing multiple inbound leads and accounts.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solutions engineering and product to ensure successful implementations.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline growth using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in vertical or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the P&C insurance industry and claims domain.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client-facing meetings.
