Salary: $38.00–$43.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on medium voltage transformer cores and large-scale MV systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and maintain detailed quality reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global service organizations and suppliers to resolve technical escalations.
• Execute maintenance activities in accordance with product manuals and customer contractual obligations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and perform specialized field repairs including cold-weld patching.
• Interface with international technical teams to provide guidance on MV system operations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, electronic, or network communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with medium voltage equipment.
• Relevant certifications in transformer maintenance, switchgear, and electrical safety.
• Proficiency with high voltage test equipment and diagnostic results.
• Ability to travel significantly for domestic and international site visits.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with pad-mounted transformers and medium voltage terminations.
• Knowledge of solar energy markets and National Electric Code.
• Advanced knowledge of power plant measurement devices.
