What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounting for the Galleon program, including procurement, inventory, and asset lifecycle tracking.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory subledgers, ensuring accurate capitalization and depreciation methodologies.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, and Procurement to provide accounting guidance and support capex forecasting.
• Design and maintain internal controls over asset and inventory accounting processes.
• Support external audits, tax reviews, and technical accounting research as the company scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA license required.
• 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 330, ASC 360).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large dataset analysis and process automation.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
