Compensation: $120,000–$170,000 (includes base salary and performance-based bonus)

What you will do

• Lead working capital improvement and resource deployment strategies.
• Partner with Strategic Finance on cash management and forecasting.
• Implement scalable order-to-cash processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting.
• Manage vendor procurement and support internal investment evaluations.
• Drive ERP and financial system upgrades including billing, revenue, and expense management.
• Identify and deploy AI investments to improve financial operations speed and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial operations.
• Deep knowledge of billing, collections, and payment systems.
• Proven track record in process improvement and automation.
• Experience working with and optimizing financial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small, agile teams while balancing individual contributor tasks.
