What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of AI agents to automate clinical workflows and administrative tasks.
• Architect and build robust backend services using Python and Java Spring Boot.
• Implement full-stack AI-agentic systems including context engineering and MCP servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical needs into technical specifications.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance in production to support rapid growth.
• Mentor other engineers and champion best practices for secure, scalable AI development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend foundation.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI applications using LLMs like GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong practical knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python with experience in microservices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and query optimization.
