What you will do

• Design and implement agentic architectures including prompts, reasoning chains, and tool calls.
• Build and maintain production-grade AI infrastructure, including MCP servers and context harnesses.
• Reinvent the product development lifecycle by replacing manual friction with automated agentic workflows.
• Own evaluation infrastructure, benchmarks, and quality gates to ensure AI reliability.
• Develop reusable libraries and templates to accelerate AI integration across engineering squads.
• Collaborate with architects and product engineers to establish safety and governance patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in tooling or platform development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
• Proficiency with orchestration frameworks like MCP or LangChain.
• Strong track record of building internal developer tools that are actively used.
• Must be able to work in-office in Mountain View, US, 2 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with reinforcement lhirify.globalg (RLHF, RLAIF) or reward modeling.
• Background in fintech or regulated, security-sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, bias evaluation, and audit logging.
• Experience with multi-step reasoning pipelines or human-in-the-loop design.
