What you will do

• Architect and develop intelligent, multi-step agentic systems using LLMs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks.
• Design and implement agent orchestration frameworks and model-driven decision logic for autonomous task execution.
• Build secure, production-grade AI capabilities that leverage emerging agentic patterns and tool-using agents.
• Integrate AI agents and LLM-enabled applications within cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Provide technical leadership, drive POC innovation, and translate experimental architectures into real-world impact.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or pass public trust clearance (requires residency in the US for 3 of the previous 5 years).
• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI solutions, MCP integrations, and LLM development (including RAG and prompt engineering).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed computing environments.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for production environments.
• Ability to operate within the Eastern Time Zone (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET).

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent systems, agent swarms, or frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI.
• Knowledge of structured LLM evaluation, agent benchmarking, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating agentic components with large-scale data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Spark.
• Experience building compliance-aware systems handling sensitive data (HIPAA and federal security standards).
