What you will do

• Design and develop LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and predictive models using Python.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines including prompt engineering, orchestration, and evaluation harnesses.
• Work with structured and unstructured clinical trial data, including patient reports and trial documentation.
• Collaborate with MLOps/AIOps teams to deploy systems into production and monitor performance, cost, and quality.
• Champion AI-driven development practices and educate team members on modern AI techniques.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Generative AI and applied Machine Learning for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics (Master’s/Doctorate preferred).
• Extensive experience shipping production software in a healthcare or life-sciences setting.
• Expert knowledge of Python and modern AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Deep technical credibility in building LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and production AI systems.
• Proficiency with API development, system integration, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
