What you will do

• Own and shape hirify.global’s strategy, focusing on high-value growth and critical business challenges.
• Drive strategic plans and key projects across the Group and its business units, targeting the highest-potential opportunities.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing strategy team to deliver insight-led change at pace.
• Partner across the business to develop and refine strategic plans and influence executive decision-making.
• Use quantitative modelling and analytical capabilities to build fact bases and extract actionable insights.
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify threats and new business opportunities, and communicate recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a top tier strategy consultancy.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with different stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience in quantitative modelling and data-driven analysis.
• Superb written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organisation.
• Consumer market and/or retail experience is an advantage.
