What you will do

• Revise and edit state, federal, and foundation grant documentation for coordinators.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable client recommendations.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and assist in the implementation of recommended solutions.
• Mentor and train new coordinators while overseeing project status and deadlines.
• Support business development through RFP preparation, proposal design, and industry networking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on client responsiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
• Ability to demonstrate professional judgment and critical thinking in complex environments.
