Senior Manager, Enterprise Developer Advocacy (SaaS/Developer Tools): Leading the NAMER enterprise developer advocacy team to drive adoption and deepen technical engagement within key customer accounts with an accent on strategic alignment with Sales and Solutions Architecture. Salary: $240,000 - $295,000

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Senior and Staff Developer Advocates across NAMER.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of DevDays and enterprise-facing programs like Office Hours.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Developer Success to align advocacy efforts with pipeline and expansion goals.
• Design and deliver technical sessions, sample apps, and enterprise-friendly content.
• Establish a feedback loop from the field to Docs, Education, and Product teams.
• Balance team load and prioritize engagements based on strategic value and ARR influence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or technical community leadership, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to coach senior individual contributors.
• Hands-on technical credibility to build, demo, and teach complex concepts.
• Operational mindset with experience running repeatable programs and managing intake/prioritization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical engagement into commercial impact.

• Familiarity with durable execution, workflow orchestration, or distributed systems.
