TL;DR
Senior Manager, Enterprise Developer Advocacy (SaaS/Developer Tools): Leading the NAMER enterprise developer advocacy team to drive adoption and deepen technical engagement within key customer accounts with an accent on strategic alignment with Sales and Solutions Architecture. Focus on building repeatable advocacy programs, coaching senior advocates, and translating complex technical workflows into commercial impact.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Salary: $240,000 - $295,000

What you will do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Senior and Staff Developer Advocates across NAMER.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of DevDays and enterprise-facing programs like Office Hours.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Developer Success to align advocacy efforts with pipeline and expansion goals.
- Design and deliver technical sessions, sample apps, and enterprise-friendly content.
- Establish a feedback loop from the field to Docs, Education, and Product teams.
- Balance team load and prioritize engagements based on strategic value and ARR influence.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or technical community leadership, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to coach senior individual contributors.
- Hands-on technical credibility to build, demo, and teach complex concepts.
- Operational mindset with experience running repeatable programs and managing intake/prioritization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical engagement into commercial impact.
