Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Designing and owning global sales manager development programs and career architecture with an accent on leadership capability and professional progression. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office).
Salary: $194,000 - $220,000

What you will do
- Design and own the global sales manager development program, from onboarding to ongoing coaching.
- Build and maintain a transparent career framework, including leveling rubrics and competency models.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and prioritize development needs.
- Create and curate content such as workshops, e-learning modules, and manager guides.
- Define and track metrics to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
- Facilitate manager community programs to foster connection and shared practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or talent management.
- Meaningful exposure to sales environments and sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated success designing leadership programs at scale, ideally in a global SaaS company.
- Strong familiarity with career framework design and competency mapping.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills for working with senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in Chicago and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience with coaching certification frameworks (ICF, Co-Active).
- Formal facilitation training.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
