TL;DR

Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Designing and owning global sales manager development programs and career architecture with an accent on leadership capability and professional progression. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office).

Salary: $194,000 - $220,000

What you will do

  • Design and own the global sales manager development program, from onboarding to ongoing coaching.
  • Build and maintain a transparent career framework, including leveling rubrics and competency models.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and prioritize development needs.
  • Create and curate content such as workshops, e-learning modules, and manager guides.
  • Define and track metrics to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
  • Facilitate manager community programs to foster connection and shared practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or talent management.
  • Meaningful exposure to sales environments and sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success designing leadership programs at scale, ideally in a global SaaS company.
  • Strong familiarity with career framework design and competency mapping.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills for working with senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Chicago and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience with coaching certification frameworks (ICF, Co-Active).
  • Formal facilitation training.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
