What you will do

  • Lead territory design, quota allocation, and capacity planning to align resources with revenue objectives.
  • Manage pipeline health and improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
  • Design and optimize sales processes, operating cadences, and governance frameworks to increase seller productivity.
  • Develop performance metrics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burdens.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS sales organizations.
  • Expertise with Salesforce CRM and modern revenue technology stacks.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into business insights.
  • Experience leveraging automation and AI to improve operational efficiency.
