Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps/AI): Optimizing sales organization efficiency and customer acquisition costs across multiple European and North American markets with an accent on AI-powered automation and data-driven workflows. Location: Hybrid (Offices in Paris, France; Madrid and Barcelona, Spain; and other French cities). Must be based in France or Spain.

What you will do
- Own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end, from roadmap design and solution building to execution and adoption.
- Identify gaps in sales processes and design smarter workflows by eliminating manual steps and increasing automation.
- Develop and implement tools using a modern stack of low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI (Claude, Dust), and SQL.
- Evaluate, test, and roll out new technologies to optimize the sales organization's productivity.
- Lead enablement efforts through field shadowing, training, and measuring adoption metrics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness.
- Full working proficiency in French and advanced level in English.
- Solid SQL skills for querying, joining, and building reliable segmentation logic.
- Proven experience working with LLMs, optimizing prompts, and designing AI-powered workflows.
- Expertise in automation/low-code tools (Zapier or equivalent) and CRM fundamentals (Salesforce).
- Ability to define key metrics, build dashboards, and communicate data-driven insights.
