What you will do
- Map and design scalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel (Marketing, Sales, and CS) to eliminate friction.
- Lead complex RevOps initiatives from ambiguous problems to final implementation, managing competing priorities.
- Establish automated data quality measures and health-check reporting to maintain the CRM as a single source of truth.
- Evaluate and optimize the tool ecosystem (HubSpot, Fathom, etc.) to ensure ROI and workflow efficiency.
- Build and maintain internal documentation to ensure lean and organized scaling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for RevOps support, implementing root-cause fixes for recurring patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or as a Revenue Architect.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
- Advanced expertise in HubSpot, specifically designing custom objects and data relationships.
- Ability to analyze pipelines and forecasts to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Fluent in English.
