What you will do

• Act as the strategic owner for GTM lifecycle segments, auditing sales motions to eliminate friction.
• Author high-fidelity Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories for Enterprise Tech teams.
• Triage inbound field requests using a priority matrix to ensure engineering focus on high-ROI drivers.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) frameworks and manage business sign-off for new features.
• Monitor system telemetry and adoption metrics to tie technical builds to revenue ROI.
• Operationalize Generative AI POCs into daily sales workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, revenue architecture, or GTM transformation.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated GTM tools like Gong or Outreach.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements for engineers.
• Strong understanding of object relationships, data schemas, and API limitations.
• Experience building structured artifacts including BRDs and process maps.
• Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).
