TL;DR
Enterprise Sales Director: Own and execute enterprise sales strategy for the DMV territory, building and closing high-value net-new and expansion opportunities with an accent on senior stakeholder relationships and complex deal execution. What you will do
- Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy for the territory, including net-new business and account expansion.
- Build, progress, and close high-value enterprise opportunities through direct prospecting and partner engagement.
- Develop trusted relationships with C-suite, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across security, identity, and infrastructure.
- Create and manage pipeline using a structured sales methodology, including MEDDPICC, for qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Channel, BDRs, and Marketing to move opportunities forward.
- Partner with channel and alliance teams to increase reach and influence in the market.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in D.C., Maryland, or Virginia
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or identity solutions.
- Track record of winning complex enterprise deals and consistently attaining quota over multiple years.
- Experience navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting and territory planning capability, including account-based and territory-based strategies.
- Experience using a structured enterprise sales methodology; MEDDPICC experience is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, identity security, or adjacent cyber categories.
- Experience working closely with channel and strategic partners.
