What you will do
- Build pipeline through high-intent signals, personalized outreach, and competitive displacement.
- Run efficient discovery calls to categorize prospects into security, productivity, or process opportunities.
- Position the platform as workforce intelligence and demonstrate ROI through risk prevention.
- Partner with SMB ecosystems like MSPs and HR consultants to drive referrals.
- Address privacy concerns by highlighting the platform's privacy-first architecture.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech.
- Proven hunter mindset with at least 40% of pipeline sourced independently.
- Proficiency with sales tools like HubSpot and Apollo for managing outbound sequences.
- Strong demo skills with the ability to adapt in real time to prospect priorities.
- Extreme ownership and coachability to continuously improve performance.
