What you will do

  • Build pipeline through high-intent signals, personalized outreach, and competitive displacement.
  • Run efficient discovery calls to categorize prospects into security, productivity, or process opportunities.
  • Position the platform as workforce intelligence and demonstrate ROI through risk prevention.
  • Partner with SMB ecosystems like MSPs and HR consultants to drive referrals.
  • Address privacy concerns by highlighting the platform's privacy-first architecture.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech.
  • Proven hunter mindset with at least 40% of pipeline sourced independently.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like HubSpot and Apollo for managing outbound sequences.
  • Strong demo skills with the ability to adapt in real time to prospect priorities.
  • Extreme ownership and coachability to continuously improve performance.
