What you will do

  • Own the entire customer lifecycle from initial onboarding to established long-term partnership.
  • Conduct structured operational reviews (ORs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify early churn signals and execute standard playbook mitigations to ensure retention.
  • Drive commercial impact by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities during account discussions.
  • Manage a medium-sized book of clients, maintaining high CSAT and responsiveness standards.
  • Leverage approved AI and automation tools to increase daily throughput and communication quality.

Requirements

  • Proven and extensive experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Location: Must be based in the EMEA region.
  • English: Fluent written and spoken communication skills required.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent operating cadence and re-prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong capacity for account autonomy and rigorous follow-through on documentation and commitments.
