What you will do
- Own the entire customer lifecycle from initial onboarding to established long-term partnership.
- Conduct structured operational reviews (ORs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Identify early churn signals and execute standard playbook mitigations to ensure retention.
- Drive commercial impact by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities during account discussions.
- Manage a medium-sized book of clients, maintaining high CSAT and responsiveness standards.
- Leverage approved AI and automation tools to increase daily throughput and communication quality.
Requirements
- Proven and extensive experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Location: Must be based in the EMEA region.
- English: Fluent written and spoken communication skills required.
- Ability to maintain a consistent operating cadence and re-prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Strong capacity for account autonomy and rigorous follow-through on documentation and commitments.
