What you will do
- Identify and engage prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Execute a consultative sales approach to qualify leads and close deals.
- Manage and prioritize an active sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales management and internal teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
- Proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
