What you will do

  • Identify and engage prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Execute a consultative sales approach to qualify leads and close deals.
  • Manage and prioritize an active sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
  • Collaborate with sales management and internal teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
