What you will do

• Build and maintain a segmentation strategy for the landlord base to drive personalized retention and upsell efforts.
• Reduce churn by predicting service-related issues and identifying properties heading to sale early.
• Design and implement onboarding experiences for landlords from newly acquired agencies and organic channels.
• Grow ancillary revenue lines such as rent guarantees, insurance, and financial products.
• Define growth metrics and establish product workflows, documentation, and release cadences.
• Collaborate with commercial and platform teams to drive adoption of new features across the organization.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in product roles with a focus on growth, lifecycle, CRM, or commercial strategy.
• Proven track record in fast-growing B2C, marketplace, or fintech environments.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to deliver basic products independently using AI tools.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between product, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
