Salary: $226,000–$300,000 (for most US-based locations)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end self-serve funnel, including activation, conversion, expansion, and retention metrics.
- Build and maintain the measurement foundation, including attribution and event taxonomy.
- Establish and lead a rigorous experimentation practice to drive product investment decisions.
- Optimize the path to value for users and shorten time-to-first-outcome.
- Develop self-serve expansion motions and define signals for account growth.
- Partner with GTM, Engineering, and Data teams to align product-led and sales-led strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, specifically owning self-serve or PLG funnels for developer-focused products.
- Proven track record of direct accountability for revenue and retention outcomes.
- Expertise in product analytics, funnel instrumentation, and designing robust experiments.
- Deep understanding of in-product monetization mechanics like paywalls and usage-based pricing.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence teams across Engineering, Data, and GTM.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and define new operating models.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, agent, or inference funnels.
- Exposure to PLG-to-enterprise growth motions.
- Experience building experimentation platforms from scratch.
