Location: Hybrid role based in Ghent (HQ) or London, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end experience for accounting firm clients, including data visualization and agentic workflows.
• Drive product direction by maintaining a high pace of iteration and shipping value to users.
• Conduct continuous discovery to validate ideas and kill features that do not provide user value.
• Partner closely with engineers and designers to make strategic decisions and set product vision.
• Inspire the organization by communicating product impact and representing the company at customer events.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Ghent or London for hybrid office attendance.
• Proven experience in redesigning workflows and questioning established processes in a business context.
• AI-native mindset with a habit of using AI tools for drafting, analysis, and prototyping.
• Strong judgment derived from direct experience working with business owners or clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment where product strategy is shaped from the ground up.
