TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Growth): Owning the PLG funnel end-to-end to drive activation and conversion with an accent on data-driven experimentation across web, CLI, and VS Code surfaces. Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid)

Compensation: $175,000 – $215,000 + Equity

hirify.global is an R&D company building Gen AI-driven code review systems to enhance human-machine collaboration in software development.

What you will do

  • Own the PLG funnel end-to-end, including activation, onboarding, and trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Identify and fix high-leverage drop-off points through rigorous funnel analysis.
  • Build and execute a continuous experimentation program using A/B testing and clear hypothesis-driven readouts.
  • Optimize user experiences across web, CLI, and VS Code surfaces.
  • Improve onboarding flows for non-primary providers like GitLab.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure accurate event instrumentation and metric tracking.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in product management with a focus on growth or PLG funnels.
  • Proven track record of measurable funnel wins, including conversion and activation improvements.
  • Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation rigor and statistical significance.
  • Developer-product sensibility with an understanding of CLI, IDE, and web user behaviors.
  • Strong written communication and ability to drive cross-functional work without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer tools or technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with bottoms-up SaaS motions and self-serve to sales-assist handoffs.
  • Exposure to AI or code-adjacent products.
