What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
- Manage and qualify incoming leads to ensure high-quality pipeline growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate lead management and CRM discipline.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Partner teams to optimize lead flow and opportunity creation.
- Represent the company professionally in all virtual customer interactions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or inside sales.
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken) are essential.
- Proven track record of successfully generating meetings.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to present and sell effectively in a virtual environment.
- Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales.
