Dutch Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales Consultant) (SaaS): Driving the technical win for cloud-based contact centre solutions with an accent on technical discovery, solution architecture, and product demonstrations. Focus on translating complex customer requirements into credible technical cases and managing the full technical pre-sales cycle.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam and surrounding area). Must have eligibility to work in the Netherlands (no sponsorship provided).

What you will do

  • Lead structured technical discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements and qualify technical fit.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations of the hirify.global platform to customers and partners.
  • Architect solutions and create High Level Design, Low Level Design, and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Manage the technical narrative for bids, tender proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and partners, bridging commercial goals with technical reality.
  • Provide market-validated feedback and customer insights to the Product department.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within a SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands or have a valid work permit for the country.
  • Proven ability to present and engage with stakeholders and customers confidently.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to master complex product areas.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the CCaaS or CX industry.
