What you will do

• Lead and develop the Industrial Engineering team to identify constraints and reduce losses.
• Analyze plant staffing and optimize labor utilization through efficiency studies.
• Establish and maintain engineered standards, time studies, and work center assignments.
• Support capital projects with data-driven analysis and coordinate layout changes.
• Partner with plant leadership to provide performance improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with regional teams on scenario planning and enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs.
• 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a Union environment.
• Formal training and experience with Production Systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing standards and time studies.
