What you will do

• Manage the global partner communications plan and partner portal content.
• Lead community programming, including channel webinars, briefings, and regional hirify.global Fest experiences.
• Design and manage partner advocacy, recognition, and awards programs.
• Steward the partner competency program to validate partner expertise.
• Synthesize partner feedback and engagement metrics to inform program improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and executive stakeholders to drive partner program adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in global channel programs, community engagement, or partner marketing.
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel engagement programs, including in-person and virtual events.
• Strong data-informed mindset with experience translating insights into program improvements.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse partner audiences.
• Ability to present to and collaborate with executive stakeholders across functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and comfortable with a remote/hybrid work environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of partner ecosystems, including channel, alliance, and services partners.
• Experience in the legal or e-discovery industry.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global platform and partner ecosystem.
