What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities for water direct delivery services with club channel partners including Costco, BJ’s, and Sam’s Club.
• Develop and execute club-specific marketing programs and maintain promotional calendars to track key deadlines.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics and create detailed promotional recaps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution while tracking budgets and timelines.
• Manage administrative processes including purchase orders, invoices, vendor setup, and contract coordination.
• Prepare presentation materials for business reviews and program proposals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of marketing or related experience.
• Must be based in Tampa, FL to accommodate the hybrid work schedule.
• Strong English language skills are essential for communicating with customers and collaborating with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
