Salary: $80,200–$97,800 annually (Target Range)

What you will do

• Manage affinity and sponsorship portfolios, developing annual activation plans to drive member acquisition and brand awareness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, cultivating relationships and ensuring contractual commitments are delivered.
• Lead integrated marketing programs, including events, promotions, and sweepstakes for members and employees.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Communications, and Analytics teams to deliver partnership campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize partnership performance using business metrics and reporting tools.
• Represent the company at local events and meetings throughout the Seattle area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in the Seattle area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
