What you will do

• Design and build an enterprise-wide Revenue Operations function and commercial operating architecture.
• Establish KPI hierarchies, governance structures, and management cadences to drive performance accountability.
• Develop predictive forecasting models for admissions, census, retention, and revenue.
• Create actionable insights and operational recommendations through root-cause analysis of performance gaps.
• Lead the evolution of RevOps technology infrastructure, including dashboarding, workflow automation, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Partner with C-suite and cross-functional leadership to align strategic initiatives with measurable operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Clinical Operations, or related leadership roles.
• Significant experience scaling RevOps functions in high-growth, multi-site healthcare or B2C environments.
• Proven success in building KPI frameworks, management systems, and performance accountability structures.
• Deep expertise in funnel analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
