Focus on managing complex stock plan events (RSU vestings, ESPP, option exercises, and 10b5-1 instructions) and ensuring correct settlement across DWAC/DTC transfers and multiple platforms.
Location: Remote - Nationwide
Salary: $55,300.00 - $76,075.00 (base salary range)

What you will do
- Process stock plan transactions, including plan setup, participant account reviews, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Support equity transactions for RSU vestings, ESPP events, option exercises, and 10b5-1 instructions.
- Initiate and monitor DWAC and DTC transfers while coordinating with clearing firms to ensure accurate settlement.
- Reconcile trade executions, allocations, and participant accounts across multiple platforms.
- Research and resolve operational, trading, and account-related exceptions.
- Support audits, compliance requests, process improvements, and daily service activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent financial services experience.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably stock plan services, brokerage operations, or trading support.
- FINRA Series 7 registration and fingerprinting required.
- Experience with stock plan administration, equity trading, or brokerage operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
