Location: Englewood, CO (Meridian Blvd)

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 base pay

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain an assigned book of business
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact for benefit-related service needs
  • Coordinate with internal service teams, Benefits Consultants, and/or Client Executives to manage the full renewal process
  • Conduct needs analysis and strategy calls; run enrollment meetings as needed
  • Handle day-to-day client issues and lead proactive client communications
  • Advise clients on reducing costs while offering competitive benefits options; support 5500 form filings as applicable

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role
  • Prior experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm
  • Current Life and Health license
  • Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work with clients at a strategic level and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with quoting process and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with database applications
